ConsulHub provides:
• Certified translation services
• Apostille and document authentication
• Notarization services
       • Transcription services
• Interpreting and related services



2. Orders & Payment

• Full payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed
• Pricing is based on document type, volume, and service level
• Additional charges may apply if submitted materials differ from initial description



3. Turnaround Time

• All turnaround times are estimates
• We are not liable for delays caused by document complexity, client response time, or third-party agencies



4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete documents
• Reviewing completed work upon delivery
• Confirming correct spelling of names and details



5. Translation Accuracy

• We strive for high accuracy and professional quality
• We are not responsible for errors caused by illegible or incorrect source materials
• Revisions based on client-provided corrections may incur additional fees



6. Certification & Acceptance Disclaimer

• Certified translations are prepared according to standard industry practices
• Acceptance of documents is at the discretion of the receiving authority (e.g., USCIS, courts, institutions)
• We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific authority



7. Apostille & Third-Party Processing

• Apostille services depend on government agencies
• Processing times are outside our control
• We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or policy changes by authorities



8. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of services, completed work is non-refundable
• Refunds may be issued only in cases of verified service errors
• No refunds for delays caused by third parties or incorrect client submissions



9. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages



10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information.



11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, technical failures).
